This Shipping Policy describes how and when products are shipped, estimated delivery times, and applicable conditions for both domestic and international orders.
1. Processing Time
- All laptop orders undergo system configuration, software installation, and diagnostic testing before shipping.
- Processing typically takes 7–9 business days after payment confirmation.
- Software-only orders (digital licenses and remote installations) are fulfilled within 24–48 hours.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship worldwide via reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
- Shipping insurance is included for all laptop orders to protect against loss or damage during transit.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available for laptop orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, Mexico, Brazil and select countries.
- International Shipping: Fees vary by destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or provided via email upon request for manual payment orders.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on destination and carrier performance:
- North America (US & Canada): 5–10 business days.
- Latin America: 7–14 business days.
- Europe: 7–12 business days.
- Asia & Oceania: 10–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or holidays.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Technical Solutions Diesel LLC cannot control or predict these costs.
6. Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
- A confirmation email with a tracking number is issued once the order is dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- All laptop shipments are insured against transit damage. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@technicalsolutionsdiesel.com.
- Our logistics department will assist in filing a carrier claim and issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Remote Software Delivery
For digital purchases, software installations are performed remotely via secure connection (TeamViewer). No physical shipment is required. You will receive instructions and scheduling details by email after payment confirmation.
