Software Delivery
Remote Installation via TeamViewer
All software products are installed remotely by our certified technicians. After payment is confirmed, we schedule a TeamViewer session, install everything on your computer, and verify that the software works correctly.
- Typical installation time: 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Requirements: Windows 7/8/10/11 (64-bit), stable internet, TeamViewer
- Scheduling: Same day during business hours (9 AM to 7 PM EST, 7 days a week)
Hardware Shipping
FedEx Express from Edmonton, Canada
Laptops (Panasonic Toughbook, Dell Rugged) and diagnostic adapters ship via FedEx Express with full tracking.
- Canada: 2 to 3 business days

- International: 5 to 10 business days
Returns and Refunds
Software
If we are unable to install the software on your computer due to a technical incompatibility on our end, we provide a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Hardware
Hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund issued once we receive and inspect the item.
